Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Military experience or an accredited degree in construction-related fields preferred.
• Experience on commercial job sites is strongly preferred.
• Passion for on-site work and construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Commit to being fully onsite for the 12-month Futures Program.
• Shadow and gain hands-on experience with day-to-day operations.
• Assist Project Managers with budgeting and client management.
• Set up and maintain jobsite records and coordination documents.
• Support safety program with weekly meetings and safety reports.
• Participate in site inspections and coordinate with subcontractors.
