Qualifications

• Experience in collections or AR/credit roles.
• Strong reconciliation and reporting abilities.
• Clear communication and attention to detail essential.
• Experience with professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding client balances and support collection efforts.
• Communicate with client contacts and Accounts Payable teams regarding payment status.
• Research and resolve invoice, billing, and payment-related issues.
• Reconcile client accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate collection notes, payment commitments, and account records.
• Prepare and update collections reports, payment schedules, and account tracking.
• Partner with Billing and Finance to resolve delays in payment.
