CAPITAL Services seeks Onsite Collections Representatives in Sioux Falls, SD. This regular full-time role starts at $17.50/hr with a 15% Spanish bilingual differential and a Monday–Friday schedule (10:30am–7:00pm; no weekends). Training is full-time and paid to equip you for success.

You'll assist customers with credit card inquiries, analyze accounts, negotiate resolutions, and strive to meet performance goals while enjoying benefits and growth opportunities in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Phone-based support and empathy are key.
• Fluency or strong proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Training & Support
