Job summary

Regal Rexnord is hiring for a CNC/Machine Setup role onsite in Kentucky. You will read complex instructions, set up machines, and adjust parameters to ensure precision and quality. Responsibilities include equipment inspection, documenting setups, and maintaining lubrication and coolant levels.

You will store programs on the network, train new staff, and report any malfunctions. A focus on safety and ISO/API compliance will be essential as you support efficient production and continuous

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out job instructions.
• Proficiency in arithmetic, decimals, and fractions.
• Experience with complex products, machines, programming, and processes such as heat treatment, gear cutting, grinding, and turning/milling with multiple axes.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex instructions for machine setup.
• Set up machines or cells according to instructions and established practices.
• Maintain dimensions, coolant, and lubrication levels; adjust tools and program parameters as needed.
• Operate designated machines to produce high-quality output.
• Break down setups and clean work areas after runs.
• Create and save setup sheets; store programs on the network for future use.
• Perform first piece inspections for runs above three pieces; approve setups based on measurements.
• Report equipment malfunctions or material discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Complete all required training and comply with safety procedures.
• Train new employees and promote team concepts; adhere to ISO 9001 QOPs and API 671 guidelines.
