Qualifications

• Must be able to perform setups, machine adjustments, and minor repairs.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting complex instructions for machine setup.
• Ability to perform at least 2 functions, e.g., vertical turning or milling.

Responsibilities

• Perform setups for CNC and manual machinery.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of parts produced.
• Report malfunctions and perform first piece inspection for quality assurance.

Skills

Ability to understand and carry out job instructions

Ability to read and measure parts using micrometers and calipers

Ability to operate overhead cranes

Understanding of complex products and programming
