Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite CNC/MAINTENANCE technician responsible for setups, adjustments, repairs, testing, calibration, and operation of CNC and manual machinery. You will implement programs to minimize changeovers and downtime, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output.

You will read and interpret instructions, set up machines, maintain tool paths, report issues, and train new staff, while adhering to safety standards and ISO/API guidelines.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret complex instructions for machine setup.
• Proficient with arithmetic, decimals, and fractions for measurements.
• Experience with machines, programming and processes such as heat treatment, gear cutting, grinding, and turning/milling.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute setup instructions for machines.
• Set up machines or cells per instructions or established practice.
• Maintain dimensions, coolant, and lubrication levels during operation.
• Operate designated machines with high quality output.
• Break down setups and clean work area as directed.
• Create and save setup sheets; programs stored on the network.
• Obtain first piece inspection for runs >3 pieces and approve setups based on measurements.
• Report equipment malfunctions, material discrepancies, and unusual conditions to supervisor.
• Complete all relevant training provided by Power Transmission Solutions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to safety procedures.
• Promote team concepts and train new employees.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 QOPs and API 671 guidelines.
