Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking an onsite CNC and manual machinery technician to perform setups, adjustments, testing, and operation. You will work to minimize changeovers, reduce downtime, and ensure smooth operations across designated machines.

The role emphasizes precision setup, documentation, and adherence to safety and quality standards, with training provided to expand skills and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret complex machine setup instructions.
• Perform precise setup and ensure correct tooling and sheets.
• Understand quality and process controls standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex oral, written, and visual instructions for machine setup.
• Set up machines or cells according to established practices with proper tools.
• Make checks, adjust tools and parameters to maintain dimensions and lubrication levels.
• Operate designated machines to produce high-quality output.
• Break down setups and clean the work area as directed.
• Create and save setup sheets and store programs on the network.
• Obtain first piece inspection for runs and approve setups based on measurements.
• Report equipment malfunctions or material discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Complete training provided by Power Transmission Solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and adhere to safety procedures.
• Promote team concepts and train new employees.
• Understand and follow ISO 9001 QOPs and API 671 guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
