Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and prints.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and use measuring devices.
• Ability to set up and operate manual lathes and CNC machines to tight tolerances.
• Ability to change tooling and setups per sequence requirements.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic maintenance skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Write/edit/modify CNC programs.
• Operate CNC machines with exact tolerances per engineering prints.
• Set up and operate manual lathes and saws to tight tolerances.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and fix operational/quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and production guidelines.
• Meet production standards.
• Run multiple machines as needed.
• Maintain alertness and safety.
