Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC and conventional machines in a hands-on machining area. The role includes inspecting finished parts, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with team members to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CNC experience or substantial related machining work, with the ability to read drawings and use precision measuring tools. This in-person position is based in Michigan City, IN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; substantial machining experience allowed in lieu of diploma.
• 1+ year CNC machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment with supervision focused on quality, cost and delivery.
• Inspect parts and perform in-process inspections as required.
• Operate standalone and secondary processes independently and oversee daily maintenance of equipment.
