Regal Rexnord is seeking a Machining Center Operator for its onsite facility to set up, adjust, and prove out CNC programs for mass production. You will manage speeds, feeds, tooling, and sequences while ensuring safe and accurate operation.

The role requires 1+ year of trades training or equivalent experience with 3+ years in machining, plus ability to read specifications and gauges. Health benefits, PTO, and retirement plans are provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate and prove out programming for CNC machining equipment.
• Vary speeds, feeds, tooling, and operating sequences.
• Ensure equipment operates correctly and safely; diagnose and correct issues.
• Inspect parts for adherence to quality standards; follow safety procedures.
• Train and guide assisting personnel on setups and operations.
