Qualifications

• Certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Practical experience with CNC lathe setup and tool changes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and process specs.
• Experience calculating feeds, speeds, and tool depth.

Responsibilities

• Set up to operate CNC Lathe while meeting production standards.
• Inspect parts to print, identify defects, perform deburring if needed.
• Interpret drawings, route sheets, and shop orders for sequencing.
• Select and mount tools, verify tool accuracy and depth.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with ISO 9001.
