Regal Rexnord is seeking a skilled Machinist III in Ohio to set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, producing precision components in a tight-tolerance environment. You will follow process sheets, inspect parts, and document results to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

This onsite role requires reading blueprints, performing tool changes, and assisting with training junior machinists. You will work in a cell-based production area, coordinate with supervisors and programmers, and participate

Qualifications

• Proficient with CNC lathe and/or CNC mill operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and setup sheets.
• Knowledge of measuring and gauging techniques and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform turning, drilling, milling or tapping within tight tolerances.
• Inspect own work to ensure dimensions meet specifications and document results.
• Train less experienced machinists and assist Production Group Leader as needed.
