Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist to produce parts per drawing/specifications with efficient setups. You will read blueprints, program interpretation, and perform in-process inspection while working under general supervision.

The role requires 3+ years of CNC lathe experience, ability to read drawings, and knowledge of gauges/offsets. Ideal candidates understand AS9100/Lean/Six Sigma and can train others. Fully onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three+ years experience operating set-ups on CNC lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints and inspection standards.
• Proficient in gauging, measurement, and first article/inline inspection.
• Knowledge of AS9100, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete CNC lathe set-ups with supervision.
• Operate and adjust CNC lathe machines to spec drawings.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and record results.
• Input data and communicate results to management.
• Identify process improvements to reduce variation and waste.
• Assist and train less experienced machinists as needed.
