Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our on-site team. You will provide clinical prep, rooming, and education to ensure patients are ready before the provider enters the room, supporting safe handoffs and efficient visits.

In this role, you will manage EMR inboxes, verify medications and allergies, perform PHQ-9 and other screenings, and participate in TB screening as part of our TB program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Intake and Clinical Rooming: verify medications and allergies, conduct screenings (PHQ-9, Fall Risk).
• Inbox and Worklist Management: manage EMR inbox with routing rules for messages, results, and med follow-ups.
• Education and Loop-Back: confirm patient understanding of next steps to reduce rework.
