Qualifikationen

• National certification as a Medical Assistant is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with DrChrono EMR preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus.

• Maintain smooth patient flow and coordinate with clinical staff to minimize wait times.
• Assist with patient intake, documentation, and preparation for procedures.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Perform blood draws and collect genetic test specimens.
• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and set up equipment.
• Support nurses and providers with routine procedures and patient care tasks.
• Document patient history, vitals, and visit details in DrChrono EMR.
