The role emphasizes daily flow management, quality oversight, and strong people leadership with a focus on accurate purchasing, service recovery, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating clinics and patient care environments.
• Proficient with computer systems and EMR basics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Daily flow management: lead morning huddles and handle real-time escalations.
• Quality and safety oversight: conduct 5S walkthroughs and vaccine logs.
• People leadership: conduct weekly one-to-ones and manage staff schedules.
• Administrative excellence: stabilize inbox aging, purchasing, and POS processes.
• Patient experience: resolve concerns the same day through the service recovery system.
