Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Center Administrator to lead operations for a single clinic, oversee clinical and administrative staff, and ensure smooth daily performance. The role prioritizes profitability, quality of care, member satisfaction, and staff development within a patient-centered community.

You will supervise a diverse team, maintain HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows, scheduling, and billing while driving continuous improvement and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or regulated environment.
• Experience with ECW is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 10+ colleagues and ensure accountability, collaboration and service excellence.
• Partner with Market Operations Director to enhance member satisfaction through best-in-class service experiences.
• Supervise scheduling, billing, documentation, and patient flow while ensuring efficient operations.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, safety regulations, and documentation standards; conduct audits and reviews.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development plans to staff for consistent performance.
• Ensure center profitability, cash management, and achievement of financial targets.
