Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Center Administrator to lead operations at a single clinic. You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, manage scheduling and billing, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while delivering high-quality patient care.

This role is based in Mesa, Arizona. The Center Administrator will drive practice profitability, achieve revenue goals, monitor quality of care, member and staff satisfaction, and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• ECW experience strongly preferred.
• Spanish or other community language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 10+ colleagues.
• Ensure scheduling, billing, and patient flow run efficiently.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Oversee center staffing to meet growth and business needs.
• Drive patient and member satisfaction through service quality.
• Monitor financial targets and operational metrics.
