Job summary
CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Clinical Operations Professional 2 to lead strategic initiatives, partnering with physicians, office staff, executives, and health plans to align objectives and timelines. You will drive end-to-end project delivery and establish governance and reporting to ensure accountability and success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of PM experience.
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methods.
- 3+ years of technical experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with provider communities.
- Experience with EMR/HIM systems, Athena.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Passionate about improving consumer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic initiatives supporting organizational objectives and standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
- Drive project execution through all phases of the lifecycle.
- Monitor progress, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans and governance structures.
- Facilitate decision-making and reporting to ensure transparency.
