Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in the United States to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalate issues. You will drive long-term program evolution, manage recruitment fulfillment, and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through relationships with HR and Ops.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp and perm placements.
• Develop knowledge of target industries and competition.
• Lead recruitment fulfillment and KPI/SLAs.
• Collaborate to meet client requirements and escalate issues.
