Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs in the United States. You will guide strategic, long-term evolution of client programs, manage daily recruitment activities, and ensure KPI/SLAs are met while retaining clients and maximizing fill rates.

This role emphasizes building a strong client network and acting as a Brand Ambassador. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, plus supervisory

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of increasing customer service levels and satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and applicable laws.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and build relationships with client contacts.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business and performance reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placements).
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and drive KPIs.
• Lead recruitment teams to achieve targets and high fill rates.
• Develop knowledge of target industries, roles, and competition.
• Coordinate with clients to align staffing plans with business goals.
