Job summary

You will oversee daily recruitment activities, measure KPIs, and drive sustained growth, retention, and high client satisfaction while coordinating with HR, Operations, and procurement to meet service level targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record managing a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of KPIs/SLAs and federal/state recruiting laws.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop relationships with key client contacts to grow business.
• Meet high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell services for conversions, temporary and perm roles.
• Manage recruitment teams to ensure timely fill rates and high quality hires.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
