Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact and to steer the long-term evolution of our client programs. This role will align itself with the client’s business objectives and foster a collaborative partnership that drives outcomes.

The Onsite Manager will oversee daily recruitment/fulfillment activities, measure performance against KPIs, and position teams for ongoing success while representing the Adecco brand and maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and high customer satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building strong relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews.
• Develop a network of industry contacts through professional associations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to Directors/VPs.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placements).
• Lead and manage recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Understand client staffing needs and align programs with client objectives.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations and HR managers.
• Ensure all client requirements and SLAs are met; manage client credit references.
