Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will align with client objectives, direct daily recruitment activities, and drive performance against KPIs and SLAs.

This role focuses on growing and retaining accounts, managing a recruitment team, and positioning the program for long-term success across multiple client relationships.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
