Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will align with the client’s objectives and lead a collaborative partnership, managing daily recruitment and fulfillment against KPIs.

You will drive strategy, retention, and program growth, presenting reviews, maintaining client satisfaction, and acting as a brand ambassador for Adecco’s workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship skills and collaboration with HR/Operations.
• Proven track record in managing recruitment teams and client accounts.
• Experience achieving KPIs and SLAs in a service environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts.
• Lead recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet client needs.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of client industries, roles, and competition.
