Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an experienced Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and the escalation point for client questions. You will lead daily recruitment activities, drive KPI performance, and build strong partnerships with client HR and operations teams.

You will be responsible for growing and retaining accounts, presenting regular business reviews, and ensuring service quality across conversions, temporary and permanent placements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Track record of increasing customer service levels and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Grow & retain accounts and build relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temp and perm placements).
• Manage recruitment teams and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, roles, and competition.
• Collaborate to align with client business objectives and values.
