Qualifications

• 3–4 years in consulting or similar role managing demanding clients and messy problems.
• Able to operate in ambiguity and craft a plan from incomplete information.
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially when delivering bad news.
• Analytical mindset to find the real story in data, skeptical of topline.
• You’d rather own an outcome than a task.

Responsibilities

• Own critical customer problems from diagnosis to resolution, not just analysis.
• Build real relationships with customer stakeholders from operators to executives.
• Turn chaos into plans with clear workstreams, owners, dates, and scope.
• Manage internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and ops to fix issues.
• Keep commitments and move work forward; travel to customer sites as needed.
