Qualifications

• 3–4 years in consulting or a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to operate with incomplete information and create a plan.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including difficult news.
• Analytical ability to uncover the real data story.
• Prefer ownership of outcomes over tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own critical customer problems from diagnosis through resolution.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders from operators to executives.
• Turn chaos into plans with clear workstreams, owners and dates.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and ops to fix issues.
• Ensure commitments are kept and travel to client sites as needed.
