Job summary

CAE Simuflite in Orlando, FL is seeking a Client Services Representative to be the primary contact for client-facing service requests at the training center. You will greet clients, support training events, and coordinate pre-training outreach while handling logistics, scheduling, and materials.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible schedule.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
• Greet and check in clients at the training center.
• Provide support to clients during training events.
• Coordinate pre-training outreach and scheduling using Outlook.
• Arrange shipments and prepare materials for classrooms and events.
• Maintain inventory of training materials and supplies.
• Create purchase requisitions and coordinate center supplies.
• Liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Obtain Notary Public designation and adhere to requirements.
• Support a 24/7 training environment with a variable schedule, including weekends.
