Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests at the front desk.
• Maintain visitor log and assist with standard admin tasks.
• Coordinate client schedules, hotel and travel arrangements.
• Assist with client facing app login issues and reports as needed.
• Support center operations including shipments, inventory, and document processing.
