• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role (customer service, sales, or quotations).
• Strong background in manufacturing, construction, architecture, or engineering fields.
• Proficient in Outlook email and excellent telephone communication.
• Advanced communication abilities, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; accurate order entry and swift issue resolution.
• Proficient in calculating commissions and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Everyday customer support via phone and email (sometimes face to face).
• Fulfill requests: pricing/quotes, technical product questions, availability, lead time, invoice information, customization, freight issues, damaged products, replacement parts, warranty details, payment issues, POs.
• Frequent order review and entry; check part numbers, confirm project/customer locations, assign commission levels, and enter details into manufacturing software; accuracy is critical.
• Resolve technical product issues, job problems, and customer disputes; follow up proactively.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production daily; multitask effectively and work well with others.
