Job summary

Turnkey Project Services is seeking a detail-oriented sales support specialist to manage client orders from proposals through installation. You will coordinate quotes, orders, and shipments while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, the ability to work overtime if needed, and 2+ years in a client-facing support role. This on-site position is based in Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong keyboard skill.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in client support or sales coordination.

Responsibilities

• Accurately create quotes and orders for clients for standard and non-standard requests.
• Gather lead times from vendors and communicate expectations to the client.
• Coordinate and manage client orders and update status with team.
• Review vendor acknowledgments and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor shipping dates and interface with vendors and shippers to resolve issues.
• Enter quotes and service requests for labor in the order system.
• Process client credit card payments for orders.
• Assist Sales Team with bid responses, submittals, and close-outs.
