4 Corner Resources is seeking an Account Services Representative to act as the frontline contact for customers, handling account management, order processing, billing inquiries, payment collection, and general support. This onsite role is based in the Orlando, FL area.

The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced client-service environment, strong CRM skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across several systems while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service or account services experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email.
• Strong CRM knowledge and ability to manage account activity.
• Ability to learn multiple software systems quickly.
• Experience managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate information.
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to discuss billing issues, past-due balances, and collections with customers.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and documenting interactions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via inbound calls, email, and other channels.
• Handle a high volume of inquiries and account-related issues with professionalism.
• Manage and update customer accounts across multiple systems.
• Document customer interactions and follow-up needs in CRM.
• Process customer orders and account requests accurately.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate when appropriate.
• Assist with billing questions, past-due balances, and payment concerns.
• Initiate outbound collection calls for past-due balances.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with data cleanup projects.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, and support teams as needed.
