Job summary

Exodus HR Group in Brentwood, TN is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Coordinator to support client teams with onboarding, training, and day-to-day HR needs onsite. You will interface with payroll, benefits, IT, safety, and leadership while building HR documents, handling compliance, and assisting business development through prospect calls and demos.

This role requires strong organization, customer service, and knowledge of federal/state regulations, with a path toward PHR/SPHR/SHRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR with 1+ year HR experience.
• PHR or SPHR within one year of eligibility.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client open enrollments and onboarding activities.
• Deliver HR compliance trainings and seminars to employees.
• Learn and use UKG portal to support client needs.
• Develop job descriptions and support employee handbook development.
• Prepare compensation statements and assist with payroll/timekeeping training.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations for clients.
