Kimley-Horn is seeking an in-office HR Coordinator in Nashville to support onboarding, regional training, HRIS maintenance, and employee relations. You will collaborate with HR Partners to manage classifications, terminations, and documentation with confidential handling and strong attention to detail.

The role requires a degree in HR, interest in PHR/SHRM-CP, and proficiency with Outlook/Office apps, plus willingness to travel regionally and learn new software.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors or Masters in HR or related field.
• Interest in obtaining PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality; strong communication.
• Experience with UKG Pro or HRIS is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding tasks to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide primary support for regional career check-ins.
• Process HRIS changes (new hires, class changes, supervisor changes, terminations).
• Review and support internal training by assigning participants to programs.
• Organize regional Strong Start training throughout the year.
• Support termination processes and related paperwork.
• Collaborate with HR Partners on employee relations and performance topics.
• Respond to employee questions promptly.
• Assist with region-wide or company-wide special projects.
