Job summary

Exodus HR Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to service clients with HR training, policy writing, and compliance guidance. You will coordinate with payroll, benefits, tax/accounting and IT teams to ensure a superior client experience as the face of the organization for assigned clients.

You will support client enrollments, develop job descriptions, and help with onboarding, benefits, and compliance. A 4-year degree in HR and 1 year of HR experience are required, with PHR/SPHR or SHRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR and one year of HR experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification within one year of eligibility.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
• Public speaking on HR topics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client enrollments and communicate with client, agent, and Exodus HR.
• Deliver supervisor and employee HR compliance trainings and seminars.
• Learn and use the UKG portal to assist clients.
• Develop job descriptions and employee handbooks.
• Assist with onboarding and benefits enrollment for new clients.
• Train employers and employees on payroll and timekeeping software.
• Respond to unemployment claims for clients upon request.
• Track client activity and issues in Exodus HR systems.
