Job summary

Exodus HR Group is seeking an HR Client Engagement Coordinator to serve as a primary relationship partner for an assigned client territory. The role blends administrative support, client service, and account experience with a focus on retention and service expansion.

Reporting to the HR Team Lead and HR Director, you will develop meaningful client relationships, identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, and help clients navigate HR, benefits, payroll, and workforce management

Qualifications

• One year of professional experience in Human Resources, customer service, account management, benefits administration, payroll support, business operations, or a related field preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Public speaking, training, or presentation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and engagement within assigned territory.
• Provide client support and service delivery for clients.
• Assist with administrative and HR tasks for assigned client accounts.
• Support business development activities and expansion opportunities for client accounts.
