The Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs and the escalation point for questions. You will drive the long‑term evolution of the client program, align with business objectives, and oversee daily recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of increasing customer service levels and satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts through associations and forums.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placements).
• Lead recruitment teams and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
• Develop knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, and competition; communicate value proposition.
• Drive process improvements to meet client requirements and SLAs.
