Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs in the United States. You will drive strategic, long-term evolution of the client program, lead daily recruitment activities, and ensure KPI/ SLA targets are met while building a collaborative partnership with clients.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, presenting business reviews, and pricing and selling services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction and successful relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBR/QPR).
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and perm placements.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high NPS scores.
• Develop plans to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, and competition.
