CBRE Government & Defense Services is seeking a Cleaning Manager to implement strategic direction for onsite cleaning operations. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and drive safety and cleanliness standards across the site.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities operations with supervision experience; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for leadership development at CBRE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus related experience; combination of experience and education considered
• 3-5 years of job-related experience required
• Relevant experience in commercial cleaning or facilities operations with at least 2 years supervising staff

Responsabilités

• Provide formal supervision for employees, conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Implement strategic direction and best practices to keep the location at the forefront of cleaning operations.
• Plan and supervise all cleaning operations with clear schedules and sign off on duties and tasks.
• Focus on training and development to maintain high working standards.
• Provide professional support to the business and clients on contractual matters.
• Take ownership of cleaning feedback or complaints and resolve them.
• Approve payroll and manage labor levels to optimize costs.
• Perform daily site audits to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Verify KPIs/SLAs are met and address non-compliance with clear remediation steps.
• Lead by example, aligning with CBRE, GDS values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
