CBRE Government and Defense Services seeks an Area Manager to lead custodial operations across multiple client sites within a region. You will set regional standards, manage site supervisors, own budget and labor plans, and serve as the senior client contact. Expect field-based leadership, coaching, and issue resolution across locations.

The role requires supervising staff at multiple sites, strong budgeting skills, and a focus on safety and quality metrics, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience
• Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities operations, including at least two years supervising staff

Responsabilidades

• Supervise site supervisors, leads and cleaning staff across multiple locations
• Establish regional operating standards, staffing models, work schedules, and calendars
• Manage regional budget and P&L, including payroll, PO, and variance review
• Maintain staffing coverage across locations through workforce planning and cross-training
• Serve as senior client contact, lead meetings, address escalations and contract matters
• Conduct quality audits and monitor KPIs/SLAs, implement corrective actions
• Standardize processes, tools, and best practices across the region
• Address and resolve complex operational issues impacting multiple sites
• Ensure safety and compliance across all locations; incident reporting and investigation
• Oversee regional equipment, supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Support new site startups, contract transitions, and scope changes
• Lead by example and drive alignment with organizational values
