Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
• At least two years supervising staff; multi-site experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; daily travel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site supervisors, leads, and staff across multiple locations.
• Establish regional operating standards, staffing, schedules, and calendars.
• Manage regional operating budget, labor forecasting, payroll, and PO variance.
• Maintain staffing coverage through workforce planning and cross-training.
• Lead client meetings, address escalations, and support contract matters.
• Conduct quality audits and monitor KPIs/SLAs, implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage equipment, inventory, and vendors.
• Support new site startups and contract transitions.
• Lead by example and drive improvement across the region.
• Identify and resolve complex cross-site operational issues.
