• Provide formal supervision for site supervisors, leads, and staff across locations.
• Establish regional operating standards, staffing models, and schedules.
• Manage the regional budget and P&L, including labor and supply forecasting.
• Maintain staffing coverage through workforce planning and cross-training.
• Serve as senior client liaison, lead meetings, and address escalations.
• Conduct quality audits and monitor KPIs/SLAs; implement corrective actions.
• Standardize processes and training across the region for consistency.
• Ensure safety and compliance across all sites; manage equipment and vendors.
