Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Civil Engineer with strong site development experience to support utility-scale renewable projects including solar, BESS, and wind. You’ll lead onsite oversight of grading, roads, foundations, and drainage, ensuring work aligns with plans and safety standards.

This full-time onsite role requires travel to project sites across the United States and collaboration with EPCs, utilities, and contractors. We require a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience in solar, BESS, or wind projects preferred.
• Strong site oversight and QA/QC experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grading, roads, foundations, drainage on utility-scale projects.
• Coordinate with EPCs, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Maintain project documentation and QA/QC records.
• Lead site walks and safety compliance.
• Mentor junior field staff and support operational improvements.
