Zūm Services, Inc. in Redwood City, CA is seeking an experienced IT Support & Network Engineer. You will design, deploy, and maintain Cisco Meraki networks while delivering day-to-day IT helpdesk support for employees across Google Workspace, macOS, and Windows environments.

This in-office role reports to the Head of IT and Security and involves owning infrastructure end-to-end, with travel to field locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network engineering and IT support experience.
• Strong Cisco Meraki deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting at scale.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, VPN, and firewalls.
• Proven IT helpdesk experience with excellent customer service.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• Proficiency supporting macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with ticketing systems and disciplined ticket hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco Meraki networks across offices and field locations.
• Monitor network health and troubleshoot issues via Meraki dashboard.
• Manage firewall rules, VLANs, SD-WAN/VPN configurations, SSIDs, and segmentation.
• Lead network buildouts for new offices or hubs with vendor coordination and cabling.
• Provide tier 1–3 helpdesk support for hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity.
• Administer Google Workspace: onboarding/offboarding, groups, security settings, troubleshooting.
• Image, deploy, and support macOS and Windows endpoints (MDM enrollment, patching).
• Support AV/conference rooms, printers, and other office technology.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, runbooks, knowledge bases, and SOPs.
• Partner with Security on incident response and tooling rollouts.
