In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and managing the Meraki Dashboard, troubleshooting network issues, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure optimal network performance. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki systems, strong networking knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Design & Deployment: Implement and deploy Meraki wireless, switching, and security solutions.
• Configuration Management: Configure and manage the Meraki Dashboard for monitoring wireless access points (MRs), switches (MSs), and security appliances (MXs).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users and clients.
• Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance of cloud-managed network infrastructures.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and customers to meet project goals and ensure network optimization.
• Security Management: Implement and manage firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs to maintain network security.

Required Qualifications

• Meraki Expertise: Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki systems and the Meraki Dashboard.
• Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of network design principles, wired and wireless networking, and network protocols.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
