Zūm is seeking an IT Support & Network Engineer for our Redwood City headquarters. You will design, deploy, and maintain Cisco Meraki networks while delivering day-to-day IT helpdesk support for our employees across Google Workspace, macOS, and Windows environments.

You will report to the Head of IT and Security and own infrastructure end-to-end, with travel to field locations as needed. This is an in-office role based in CA, USA with opportunities to impact a fast-growing mobility platform.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and IT support roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR); Aruba experience a benefit
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, wireless, VPN, firewalls
• Proven IT helpdesk/service desk experience with strong customer service and communication
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration
• Proficiency supporting macOS and Windows operating systems
• Experience with ticketing systems and disciplined ticket hygiene
• Ability to lift and rack network equipment and travel to offices/hubs for buildouts

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco Meraki networks across offices and field locations
• Monitor network health via Meraki dashboard; troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
• Manage firewall rules, VLANs, SD-WAN/VPN configurations and network segmentation
• Lead network buildouts for new offices and hubs; coordinate vendors and circuit provisioning
• Provide tier 1–3 helpdesk support for hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity
• Administer Google Workspace: onboarding/offboarding, groups, shared drives, security settings
• Image and manage macOS/Windows endpoints with MDM enrollment and patching
• Support AV/conference room systems and printers; maintain documentation and SOPs
• Collaborate with Security on incident response and vulnerability remediation
