Job summary

Watts Water Technologies seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead hands-on on-site improvement projects at the Franklin, NH facility. You will coach hourly and salaried teams, implement daily management, and drive a cross-functional CI roadmap aligned with site goals.

You will use OWPS and lean tools to deliver measurable outcomes in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous learning among team members.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing/operations with hands-on improvement delivery.
• Proven ability to lead on the floor and coach hourly/salaried teams.
• Strong practical Lean skills including VSM, 5S, TPM, SMED, and visual management.

Responsibilities

• Lead kaizens, rapid improvements, and real-time problem solving on the floor.
• Coach hourly and salaried teams to build CI capability and discipline.
• Own site CI execution using OWPS tools and standard work.
• Translate strategy into active improvement funnel and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities, track results, and communicate progress up to leadership.
• Run CI governance and remove barriers to cross-functional alignment.
