Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Six Sigma and Lean Methodology knowledge or training preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish, train, and implement lean processes to remove waste and reduce variation.
• Share and standardize best practices across the operation.
• Identify and remove barriers to CI process implementation.
• Lead Kaizen activities and follow up on action items after events.
• Develop and provide CI tools, materials, and training.
• Monitor performance with KPIs such as OEE and quality metrics.
