Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a CI Kaizen Specialist I to support lean transformation, employee engagement, and rapid experiments. You will partner with site leadership to drive improvements and sustain 5S, standard work, flow, and visual management on a manufacturing campus.

The role requires a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and a current or soon-to-be yellow belt. On-site work and collaboration across teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Yellow belt required within 3 months.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Cross-functional collaboration to resolve manufacturing issues.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data and prepares work for Kaizen activity.
• Facilitates Kaizens.
• Works with CI Technicians to apply creativity to build tools and processes.
• Applies 3P process to prove concepts and implement solutions.
• Trains campus staff on continuous improvement tasks and processes.
• Contributes to New Product Development process.
• Maintains 5S standards and visual management.
